Beginning his wrestling career at the age of 16, "Georgous" Jimmy Garvin worked the Southeast territories with wrestlers Big John Studd, Barry Windham and Dusty Rhodes. During this time, he gained a valet named Precious whom he would replace with Sunshine for personal reasons.  Jimmy Garvin and Sunshine went to World Class Championship Wrestling and feuding with David Von Erich and "Gentleman" Chris Adams.  Garvin worked with the Fabulous Freebirds in their feud with the Von Erichs and was known as "The Fourth Freebird". (He became an official Freebird in 1989 winning Tag Team gold with Michael "P.S." Hayes.  He would go on to wrestle for the AWA and NWA with noted feuds against Wahoo McDaniel, Ric Flair, Kevin Sullivan and Magnum T.A.  "Georgeous" Jimmy Garvin was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fmae Class of 2016 as a member of the Fabulous Freebirds.

Jimmy, Baton Rouge, Borissette Ratler, Rattle the Geese.......ha ha ha. Where are you these days? Growing up with you. WOW. Remember the bbq fire at the pool, THAT TERRY STARTED, THE TEETH DOWN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL?????? EAGLES......

My best memory of Garvin is the feud he had with Jos LeDuc in Florida. He really came into his own during that time.
