Born in Sweetwater, Texas, on the Fourth of July, 1960, Barry Windham is the son of legendary wrestler Blackjack Mulligan and the older brother of wrestler Kendall Windham. He made a name for himself as a fan favorite for Championship Wrestling from Florida in the early 1980s. In 1985, Windham and Mike Rotunda won the WWE World Tag Team Championship by defeating Adrian Adonis and "Dirty" Dick Murdoch. At the first NWA: Clash of Champions in 1988, Windham and Lex Luger defeated Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard to capture the NWA World Tag Team Championship. Later that year, Windham would capture the NWA United States Championship by defeating Nikita Koloff. In the early 1990s, Windham teamed up with Dusty Rhodes and the pair captured the unified WCW and NWA World Tag Team Titles in 1992. In January 1993, Windham defeated The Great Muta to capture the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, a title he would quickly lose to Ric Flair during Beach Blast '93. Windham currently works as a producer for the WWE.
